You can use conventional screw dimmer to dim this led bulb for darker or brighter. This Led MR16 can be used with conventional 12V AC/DC Transformer. 

Note LED Bulbs have problems with some Electronic Transformers which include not switching on Flickering and Damaging the bulb.

Magnetic / Wire Wound Transformers will work perfectly with Led Bulbs.
